Tom Crosbie

Tom is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of quantity surveying including project cost planning and control, value analysis, mortgage monitoring, replacement cost appraisals, insurance and fire damage valuations and construction litigation support.

Aidan Kelly

Aidan has a BSc (hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS). He has over eighteen years of experience and is engaged in all aspects of project cost planning and control, value analysis, estimating, mortgage monitoring, replacement cost appraisals, P3 contracts, insurance and fire damage valuations.

Kate Jennings

Kate has been with Beacon since 2006. Her role in the office is to provide support to the mortgage monitoring process, oversee the accounts and perform various office administration functions.
